How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 7-8 working days from the date when the order is placed. You can track your order by clicking here.
Can you return plants? No.
Roshcrete does not accept returns on products, But we do guarantee every product will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Easy 7 days refund or replacement.
If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.
Can you return non-plant products? Yes.
If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state.
We take great care selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant life. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

How do you ship different items in your order to different shipping addresses?
For shipping different items at different shipping addresses, you will need to place order for every item; and while checking out you need to opt for delivery address for individual item , you want to receive on a different shipping address
In case you are not at home at the time of delivery
The courier company will call you on the contact number provided by you before delivering the order .If in case you are not at home he will leave a message and make a second attempt. We urge you to plan and co-ordinate accordingly so that someone is available at home to receive the order.
What if you are not happy with the product? You can Self Return
If you dislike the product received, you can follow below steps to send the product to us:
- You can return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date
- We will send a replacement or initiate refund for the products to your source account once we receive the product
- You will bear the shipping charges to return the products.
